Good room and friendly staff
Great location for an early start at the grossglockner alpine road. Included in the price was a summer pass that you can use for an activity per day in many places ( swimming, lift passes and many more). The hotel has a restaurant and we had good food there.

Als positiv empfand ich die freundliche Begrüßung bei der Anreise, das gute Frühstück und das gute Abendessen. Es gibt einen Skiraum, in dem ich auch mein Fahrrad abstellen konnte. Parkplätze am Haus sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Clean hotel at a superb location with helpful staff at the entrance to the famous high alpine road and in walking distance to a beautiful waterfall. Free entrance to the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. I had to leave very early, before breakfast so I got proactively offered a meal pack that I could take with me. Excellent value for the money!!

Immer wieder super. Wir kommen jedes Jahr hierhin. Es ist einfach top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Am meisten gefällt mir der holländische Kellner. Er ist immer gut gelaunt, hat einen flotten Spruch drauf, kann aber auch ordentlich Gerichte empfehlen und liegt immer richtig. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und reichlich.

Great food and familiar place. Location is situated in beautiful and peaceful area. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed there during late winter holidays, accommodation was in very good price. Building was good equipped with everything you need for winter stay. Highly recommend!

Rooms are comfortable, clean and quite spacious. Bateriom really nice and very clean. We had a view on a mountain do it was amazing. The food was tasty. We are vegetaians so we had to tell earlier to get something different for dinner than others.

Wir mussten kurzfristig ein Hotel für 2 Nächte finden- und wurden im Hotel Wasserfall fündig!!!! Superfreundliches Personal! Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein! Direkt an der Glocknerstraße und man ist auch sehr rasch in Zell am See und Kaprun! Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!!!!! Die Freundlichkeit hier iat nicht zu übertreffen!

Waren zum Skifahrn unterwegs und mehrmals im Wasserfall zu Abend essen, ohne Reservierung. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Gemütlich eingerichtete Gaststätte und gute Auswahl. Ich hatte mehrere Gerichte aber am besten war der Hirschgulasch, einfach nur lecker.

Recommended base for riding/driving the Grossglockner Pass
We chose this hotel for 2 nights on a motorcycle tour because of its location at the foot of the Grossglockner Pass and a pass to ride this toll road was included in the room price. Off street parking with no charge. We had breakfast and dinner and both were good, the trout was very fresh, straight out of the tank! Attractive rooms with balconies.

I love the waterfall view and everything in the hotel. There are small waterfall within walk distance and the day we lived there rained a little bit, so the scenery is awesome it is like you live in the fairy tale. The staff are nice and friendly, the food are tasty and the room are quite clean.

Nagyon szép helyen található a szállás, ár érték arányban tökéletesen megfelelt az elvárásainknak, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, a reggeli bőséges és finom, valamint az étteremben rendelhető ételek is nagyon finomak voltak. Külön öröm volt a szálláshoz tartozó nyári kártya amivel sok kedvezményt igénybe tudtunk venni. Biztos hogy még vissza fogunk menni a jövőben. 🙂

Very nice and welcoming hosta, ready to help. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable shower, amazing view! It’s very quiet despite the localization on the main street: you get a good rest. The breakfast was good. The localization is perfect: close to Kaprun and to the Grossglocknerstrasse (you get the free entrance :)) Highly recommended!

La grande pazienza durante la prenotazione causata da un paio di cambio date e cancellazioni varie. L'accoglienza e l'impegno per farci capire il tutto perché noi non sappiamo le lingue straniere. La simpatia dello staff e il buon cibo e ottima anche la colazione. Ottimo anche il biglietto gratuito che offrono per il parco nazionale del Glossglockner. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Great location and friendly staff
The location is prime- it is on the way to the high alpine road (just before the toll gate) and close to zell am see lake where we could easily drive to and from. There is a beautiful wild life park few minutes from the hotel and the best part is that the hotel provided us with a summer guest card that allowed us free admission to the park (usually 9.5 euro per person) as well as free toll pass to the high alpine road (usually it’s around 36 euro per car). So those were very attractive offers that come with the booking. The card allows the guest free access to other things too.

Очень красиво. Чисто. Есть лифт. Внизу ресторан. Приехали почти в восемь вечера, а горячая кухня в ресторане до восьми. Нас подождали и обслужили. С утра отличный завтрак. Хозяева сами принесли проездной билет на дорогу Гросглокнер (мы даже не знали, что положено тем, кто останавливается в гостинице - экономия 38 евро). Есть стоянка.
