Haus Vera offers excellent value for money. The apartment was spacious, and we enjoyed a very comfortable 5-night stay with great facilities for cooking, making it feel far more homely than a hotel. Lars is truly the best host you could ask for: extremely helpful, quick to respond to our messages, and attentive to all our needs. The location is fantastic, set in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. We actually preferred Zell am See South over the busier, more touristy city center. There are cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, so you’ll have everything you need, and with the train and bus stops just a few minutes away, getting around is very convenient

Every thing is good

Very comfortable, spotless accomodation, situated in a quiet scenic suburb of Zell, a pleasant lake walk or short bus ride into the town. Walking distance to a lake lido, tennis courts, cafe. The summer and travel cards are invaluable. Fantastic family holiday if you love swimming, hiking, biking, tennis, good food. Great relaxed atmosphere everywhere we went.

Travel with 2 kids. Summer in Zell am See was exciting too! Very close(just 1 stop away by the Lokal train) to zell am see city center. We went to every attractions with buses(660, 71, etc) and Lokal train. Bus and train station is far from the stay just 5~6minutes. I found the City center way too busy but our stay was totally fun and peaceful. Garden was playful by kids and we had our own spacious terrace for summer breakfast and dinner. What i i needed for cooking was fully equipped there like home. And there are both shower cube and bathtub in the bathroom. Everywhere at the accommodation are simple, clean, and also convenient. One of the best part of our stay was my son got the kids motorcycle license. Areitxpress is just 15 minutes walk from Haus Vera. It was a beautiful stay and definitely would come back to stay again plus longer!!

I had a wonderful stay at haus vera. The place was clean, modern and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is unbeatable - close to the lake, restaurants and shops, yet very quiet. Mr. lars was very friendly and responsive and gave excellent tips for exploring the area. Waking up to the stunning mountain views was a highlight of my trip. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

Neat and clean, close to public transport and ideally positioned for the Zell am See Ironman competition. Lars is a very friendly, helpful host. The summer card was a real bonus!

Location, the garden, communication with the hosts

This is a beautifully presented property in a great location. Although not in the middle of town, the walk was really pleasant and with the summer cards we were able to use transport free anyway. The kitchen was great and we loved the coffee machine. Beds were comfy and the balcony was lovely to sit on on an evening. The summer card was just brilliant - it has meant we did a week’s holiday without paying for anything other than food and drink. All the ski lifts were great and so much stuff for the kids to do. Austria really is the best place for play areas. The garden area was well maintained and lovely - the kids appreciated the swing set.

Unglaublich nette Vermieter. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber , mit super Lage. In die Innenstadt läuft man 25 Minuten direkt am See entlang. Alles war unkompliziert. Ansonsten war wirklich alles wunderbar. Vielen Dank

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Freizeitaktivitäten aller Art. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die für Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr hatten. Ruhige Lage und gute Betten sorgten für erholsamen Schlaf. Bei der Buchung weiß man ja, dass man sich auf ein kleines Apartment einlässt, dem es jedoch an nichts fehlte.

Excellent size for our group of 6 friends.

Great location in quite place and near from city attractions and 5 mins to the lake 👌 the rooms are big enough and the furniture is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped and the toilet has shattaf (شطاف) also, there is a playground for kids in the backyard and a small place inside the building with a lot of toys and games where my 3 ys son really enjoyed his time free car parking is a big advantage as well Big thanks to Mr. Lars for his nice hospitality

The appartment was clean and tidy. Mostly had all the facilities necessary. Friendly owners with lots of information. Even though the toilet and shower are not attached to the room it was not annoying or taking away from the quality of the stay. It also didn't come as a surprise because it was stated on all the information.

All was as described. Nice place where to stay!

Eine saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die nicht weit von dem See liegt. Der Skilift Areitbahn ist in ca. 10-15 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war für vier Personen völlig ausreichend mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Essecke und Bad. Es wurde nichts versprochen, was nicht eingehalten wurde oder nicht stimmte. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern unkompliziert, schnelle Kommunikationswege. Lars durften wir persönlich kennenlernen, er ist sehr sympathisch und nett. Unsere Verbesserungsvorschläge wurden sofort aufgegriffen. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!
