Wir waren über Ostern zum Ski fahren hier und hatten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine große Küchenzeile, einen Tisch mit bequemen Stühlen für 6 Personen und ein großes Sofa. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und hat neben Tisch und Stühlen auch ein Loungesofa, wir haben es sehr genossen am Nachmittag, nach dem Ski fahren in der Sonne zu sitzen 😄 Die Wohnung war top sauber und Jos ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Fußläufig erreicht man Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt. Der Skilift ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
Wir haben als Familie mit unserem Hund zum 2.mal eine tolle Woche hier verbracht.Es fehlt im Appartment an nichts.Es ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht.Als Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren sehr ideal,da die Wege zum Lift sehr kurz sind. Der Vermieter Jos ist sehr nett und freundlich und stehts um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Wir kommen gerne auch ein 3.mal wieder.
Wir waren 1 Woche zu Gast bei Annika Appartments.Als Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren top gelegen. Zum 2.mal haben wir uns für diese tolle Unterkunft entschieden .Hier fehlt es an nichts alles ist in einem guten Zustand und mit viel Liebe und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Jos der Vermieter ist immer für seine Gäste da und sehr sehr bemüht das man sich Wohlfühlt und alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten dieses Mal das Penthouse gebucht und kommen sehr sehr gerne und ganz bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Good and comfy apartment on a great location
We were here last year and loved the apartment, location and owner so much that we booked again this year. Everything you want and need for a great winter holiday. Walking distance from the Areit pistes/lift, walking distance to acres ski, a great, covenient, clean apartments with everything you need.
Perfect located place in a calm and quiet area. The place is very well maintained, clean and cozy. I would recommend staying in there. 👍👍
We’ve spent our ski holiday at Annika Apartments for the third time, and once again it was a wonderful experience. Wir waren zum Skifahren für eine Woche in den Apartments und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jos ist ein super Vermieter, der sich immer wieder bei seinen Gästen erkundigt und bei Fragen direkt zur Stelle ist. Besonders für Skifahrende ist das Angebot der Skidepots perfekt, um morgens entspannt zu Fuß zur Piste gehen zu können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
We had a wonderful winter holiday in this apartment. The location is great, with a ski bus stop very close by. The owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped — everything we needed was there. We would definitely recommend this place.

Sehr gepflegtes Gebäude, schon ab der Bordsteinkante! Sauberkeit wird hier sehr groß geschrieben, was bei dem 1. Betreten der Wohung direkt zum wohlfühlen gesorgt hat! schnelle Anbindungsmöglichkeiten in jede Richtung. viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Sehenswerte Berge und Atraktionen direkt vor der Tür und dank der Zell am See Sommer Karte, vieles davon inbegriffen und nutzbar, was es unheimlich angenehm gestaltet hat sowie einfach über die App über das Smartphone nutzbar war :-) GENIAL!
Zell am See 70.3 Ironman Trip
We booked this apartment for a group of us competing at the Zell am See 70.3 Ironman. We loved the apartment as it was modern and 20mins walk from the race start. It also had off-street parking and a rear yard which meant we had lots of space to tune up our bikes. The owner was very friendly and super helpful with local recommendations, we would definitely stay there again!!

Fabulous location with fast tunnel or lake access. Hosts attentive. Clean. Spacious. Excellent terrace in top floor. Would strongly recommend.
Excellent appartments and we had a fabulous stay in Zell am See. The hosts are welcoming and helpful and the appartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped - perfect for our family of 4. The location is great - easy to use public transport, walk into town/the lake and close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. - but in a quiet residential spot. The summer card was brilliant and we did so much - hiking, lake cruise, swimming, Top of Salzburg, waterfalls, Kaprun reservoirs. A holiday to remember. Thank you Jos!
